MH AdX publisher terms

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you create an MH AdX publisher account at app.mhadx.com and place MH AdX ad code on your sites. "We" means MH AdX. "You" means the person or company that owns the account.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Give us accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything done with your login, so keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication.

2. Sites and approval

You may only add sites you own or control. Every site is reviewed before ads serve, and we may approve, pause or decline a site at any time, for example if its content, traffic or ads.txt changes. You must keep the ads.txt lines shown in your dashboard on each live site.

3. Content and ad policies

Your sites must follow the Google Publisher Policies and the policies of the demand partners we work with. Sites may not contain or link to illegal content, sexually explicit material, hate, violence, malware, copyright infringement, or misleading content.

4. Ad code

Use the ad code from your dashboard without changing how it works. Do not hide, stack, cover or auto-refresh ads beyond what the code does, and do not place ads where they could be clicked by accident or confused with your content.

5. Invalid traffic

You must not click your own ads, ask anyone to click or view them, or send traffic from bots, paid-to-click schemes, pop-unders or traffic exchanges. We and our demand partners may deduct earnings from invalid traffic, and we may close accounts that send it.

6. Earnings and payments

  • You receive 70% of the net revenue we receive from demand partners for ads on your approved sites.
  • Figures in your dashboard are estimates. Each month we confirm the final amount after our partners report and after deductions for invalid traffic. Only confirmed amounts are payable.
  • We pay confirmed balances of $50.00 or more, normally within 45 days after the end of the month they were earned. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • Add correct payment details in your dashboard. You are responsible for your own taxes and any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
  • If a demand partner later reverses a payment for traffic on your sites, we may deduct it from future earnings.

7. Privacy and consent

Your sites must have a privacy policy that explains the use of cookies and advertising technology. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and in US states with privacy laws), you must get consent or offer opt-outs, using a certified consent platform where required. Our ad code respects the consent signals your platform sets. We handle your account data as described in the MH AdX privacy policy and only use it to run the service and pay you.

8. Seller listing

Once a site is approved, we list your account in our public sellers.json file with your company or name, so buyers can verify where ads are sold.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by removing the ad code and asking us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account at any time, and will tell you why unless the law or a partner prevents it. Confirmed earnings from valid traffic are paid after closing, less any deductions above.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise any level of revenue or fill. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to you in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date on this page and tell you by email or in your dashboard before important changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

12. Contact
